Ive done business with Chris Ortiz for almost 2 years now. I inherited an old home with some pretty bad plumbing so I have gotten well aquainted with Mr. Ortiz. Im a bit of a misanthrope but I can honestly say that he is a trustworthy and fair guy. He always does dependable work and he is an all around nice guy. I would recommend that if you are looking for a plumber in the Ft Worth area that you give this guy a call. His professionalism is of the highest caliber. My family and I couldn’t have found better service anywhere else.

It sucks to pay $800 for something that Mike did in 3 hours because we didn’t know better at the time and then to have the new faucets that he installed leak in 2 days. He came back the first time because we didn’t pay him yet, but when the same faucet leaked in 8 months, he took down my number and said he’d call back but never did. We shut off the water and took apart the leaking part ourselves and found out that he put in two washer in the wrong order which resulted in the leak. Can’t believe a supposedly experienced plumber would be so sloppy with his work. Stay away!
